Though lightweight and exceptionally durable, its warmth regulation and advanced breathability keep you comfortable in changing conditions.
This patented, adaptive quality is made possible through Alpha’s lofted fibers connected to a solid mesh core. And since Polartec® Alpha® is inherently hydrophobic, it resists all moisture and dries incredibly fast. It is used in the GORE-TEX PRO jacket and bib for the most extreme adventures.

These zones work together to create an ultra-lightweight, warm, and highly breathable lining that increases versatility of your jacket and pants. Insulation zones are placed where your body needs warmth the most - your vital organs, spine, knees, and seat are surrounded by breathable, moisture wicking mesh to allow for the utmost moisture evaporation and body temperature regulation.

The seams where pieces of fabric are brought together are the most likely spot for moisture to intrude into a garment. The seam taping process prevents this by making the seams as waterproof as their surrounding fabric. Seams in 686 garments can be fully taped throughout the garment or taped only at critical areas to further ensure quality workmanship and guarantee waterproofing.

Cross-Venting
Cross-venting is achieved through deliberately designed zippered vent placement, much like windows in a house. Open one vent and air will enter and circulate. But if two are opened air will flow through the garment creating a cross-breeze that evaporates moisture and rapidly cools the body.

PERFECT BIB FOR ANY DAY
Awesome bib for those heavy snow days with tons of powder. The bib effectively keeps all snow out. Also bomb proof at keeping you warm when wind is a factor. Overall I would recommend to anyone looking for a top notch bib that is perfect for any type of day imaginable.
