We realize returning your product might be the last thing on your mind and have extended our return policy during these times.
Returns will now be accepted within 60 days of the shipment date, and still only if the item(s) are in new, unused condition with all original tags still attached.
Refunded amounts will be applied to the original payment method used for ordering. We make every effort to process the refund as soon as we receive the product, but it can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
Exchanging or Returning your item(s)
Please contact email@example.com to request a Return Authorization RMA#. Returns without a valid RMA# will be refused.
We suggest you ship your return back using a shipping method that offers a tracking number and shipping insurance since you are responsible for the goods during transit and in the event of a lost shipment.
Returns may take up to 3-5 business days to be processed once they have reached our returns department.
If you would like an exchange, we ask that you return your item for a refund and then place a new order.
